Note: You can do this by searching for the video or searching for the channel name and finding the video from there.

Step 2 - Copy the live URL from your browser address bar: 

Step 1 - Log in to Instagram

Step 2 -  Search the Instagrammer by their social handle (e.g. 'toplessbaker') and go to their page. 

Step 3 -  Look through their feed until you find the post you’d like to track and click on it.

  Step 4 -  Copy the live URL from your browser address bar: 

Step 1 - Log in to Twitter

Step 2 -  Search the Twitter user by their social handle (e.g. 'toplessbaker') and go to their page. 

Step 3 -  Find the tweet you'd like to track and click on it.

 Step 4 -  Copy the live URL from your browser address bar:  

Step 1 - login to Facebook

Step 2 - Go to the Facebook page where the video is uploaded or find the video in the feed

Step 3 - Click the down arrow in the top right of the video post and click 'Embed'

Step 4 - Click 'Advanced Settings' - the text link just above the video

Step 5 - Copy the live URL from where it says 'URL of video':
