Adding 'Reach' & 'Impressions' data manually to reports

This article outlines the simple steps to follow, to add reach and impression data manually to influencer assets and your reports.

If the influencers you are working with on a campaign provide screen shots, that includes reach and impression data, you can add this data direct to the tracked asset and view the data directly in your reports.

Follow these 3 steps:-

Step 1. Add the trackable asset

Add the influencer post / asset URL to the correct influencer, in the campaign 'Collaboration'.

Step 2. Manually add the data and screen shots

Click the 'add data' button on the correct influencer asset, to open the 'Add data and/or screenshot' pop-up.

Then you can upload the screen shot provided by the influencer (optional) and manually add the 'reach' and 'impression' data into the fields provided.

Step 3. View and share the data in your campaign reports

The data is automatically added to your reports and can be updated at any time, by following the same steps again.

In the report you can see who added the data and when it was added.
