Dyzio requires 'read only' access from the Influencers to retrieve Insights data from their main social media platforms. Dyzio can currently fetch Insights data from Youtube, Facebook and Instagram. Insights data is typically audience information (demographics) and data pertaining to reach, impressions, watch time and engagements (likes, comments, shares, reactions etc.) - related to a specific post or video.

The access is handled using Open Authentication which allows the Influencer to sign in to Youtube/Facebook/Instagram and grant read permissions to the dyzio application. Dyzio will receive a token that only dyzio can use to fetch data from the various APIs.

Dyzio cannot make any updates or deletes to the Influencer data as we only have read access. Technically, the dyzio app could request data about any asset held by the influencer account but we commit to not doing that.

Dyzio will never request any data which has not been explicitly authorised by the influencer through the dyzio influencer interface.

Dyzio retrieves data such as likes/comments from public APIs. We will continue to collect this daily, separately from the Insights data.

Dyzio will only store data from the Insights API for assets that have been explicitly authorised.

Dyzio will not fetch any extra data on behalf of the agency/client (such as channel demographics)

Dyzio will not delete any shared data without explicit consent from both agency and influencer.

Dyzio is designed to make it easy for influencers to share only the data they want to share with agencies. It is down to the agency and influencer to contractually determine what data the influencer is obliged to provide to the campaign.

After the campaign has finished the Influencer can (and should) delete the dyzio app from their OAuth permissions in Facebook/Youtube/Instagram. This will absolutely block dyzio from accessing any further data (but will not destroy data we have saved already)

Facebook

We require the manage pages permission to get the read insights permission.

Instagram

Only verified users (with the blue tick) or business account holders have Insights data. So if you are not one of those, there is currently no point authorising.

Twitter

Dyzio currently does not support fetching twitter insights (reach, impressions, engagements). If you are interested in this data pls contact sales@dyzio.co.
