Q: I just tried creating a test campaign..but no matter what hashtag # or @ mention I use, it's not adding any posts - how does this feature work?
A: The hashtag scanner only scan the influencers who you have added, from your My Influencers database, to the specific campaign. The scanner will add any of these influencers' posts, that uses your specified # or @ in the last 12 instagram posts, last 100 tweets and last 100 FB posts.
