Introduction

By authorising dyzio to collect your data and then joining a campaign you have explicitly authorised us to share API data from matching posts with the Agency or Brand who created the campaign and no other party.

Most campaigns are set up with a start date, an end date and hashtags. Only posts that match these criteria are added to the campaign. So if the campaign is set up to run from 1st to 31st Jan and have the hashtag #nike, only posts matching this will be added.

Dyzio does not share your data with anyone other than the Agency or Brand who created the campaign. Dyzio will not fetch data for any other posts.

What data do we collect?

It varies by post type and platform.

Youtube

For YouTube we capture audience demographic data and viewing stats. See below screenshot for an example.

Instagram

The data collected from Instagram depends on post type. We collect public data like likes, comments, views etc.

Regular Post

For a standard instagram post, once authorised we capture reach, impressions, engagements and saves as well.

Instagram Story
For a story the platform captures all the data available through the API. i.e. taps forward, taps back, reach, impressions, replies and exits.

In the above story you can see it has been captured because it matches the #HoveRiseUp hashtag.

Twitter

For twitter the platform only captures public data.

Facebook

Video

For facebook videos we capture reach and impressions, audience demographics and basic viewing statistics.

Posts and Photos
The system captures basic data for posts and photos including reactions, commments, reach and impressions.
