Why do I need to create a Facebook Community Page?
In order to authorise your Instagram account to Dyzio, you need to have an Instagram Creator account that is linked to a Facebook Community Page, Public Figure Page or Business Page. All Instagram insights and analytics are made available via Facebook and for this to work there needs to be a link between your Instagram account and a Facebook Community Page.
What if I don't have a Facebook Community Page?
You can simply create your Facebook Community Page, give it the same name as your Instagram account and then link the two accounts from the settings tab. When collaborating on professional marketing campaigns, you will be asked to provide or grant access to your Insights data, setting this up this secure connection via dyzio will save both you and your clients a huge amount of time - and enables your clients to see the results in real-time.
How can I create a Facebook Community Page?

Login into your Facebook account on a PC / Mac
In the top-right corner of the homepage click on the '+'. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on 'Page'.
3. Fill up the 'Page information':
Enter a page name - we suggest to give it the same name as your Instagram account.
Start typing a category in the box and choose a suggested category from the dropdown menu - e.g. personal blog.
Click 'Create Page'.
4. At this point you can upload a profile and a cover picture. If you don't want to do this now, click 'Skip' instead.
How can I link my Facebook Community Page to my Instagram account?
Once you have created your Facebook Community page, you need to connect it to your Instagram Creator account.

You can either add an Instagram account from your Facebook Community Page recommended) or vice versa add a Facebook Page to your Instagram account.
Before you start
Make sure that you have upgraded to an Instagram Professional or Creator account.
Make sure you are the admin of the Facebook Community page
Add an Instagram account to your Facebook page
To add, change or remove an Instagram account from your Facebook Community Page:
Navigate to your Facebook Community Page, via 'Shortcuts' on the left side of your Facebook homepage
Click on Page Settings in bottom left corner.
Scroll down and select Instagram from the menu on the left.
To add an Instagram account to your Page, select Connect account.
Enter your Instagram account's Username and Password, and select Log in.
