Custom Instagram Report

Learn how to customise, update and view the Custom Instagram report.

The Customer Instagram Report is available for all your instagram campaigns, and can be selected from the drop down report menu on the campaign 'Dashboard' tab.

The following elements can be customised as follows:

1) Campaign Summary and Documents

First navigate to the settings tab in the selected campaign, then add the campaign overview section - which is your summary of the campaign and the overall performance.

You can also add any supporting documents to the report by dragging the files into the highlighted area.

Once complete you can tick the 'display overview on client reports' and then click 'Save'. The overview and supported documents are now added to your custom report. If the report is already open you will need to refresh the page to see these updates.

Come back to edit and save the text or documents at a later date.

2) Campaign Highlights

You can select up to 3 posts (not stories) to appear as 'Campaign Highlights' on your report. Navigate to the Influencers Campaigns Posts and click the star the posts you want to be one of the highlights.

3) Positive Sentiment

You can select comments from posts that you would like to appear on the report. Navigate to the post in the influencer's Campaigns Posts and click on any post. You can then review all the comments on the right-hand side and 'Star' the comments you want to add to the report. These 'starred' comments will appear on the 'Positive Sentiment' section of the report.

As you make updates to the campaign and select favourites, you need to refresh the report to see the latest updates and version.
